By creating an account or using EstimAI Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
All estimates, takeoffs, and cost projections generated by EstimAI Pro are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for reference and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or cost-estimation advice.
Actual project costs may differ materially from AI-generated estimates due to, without limitation: site-specific conditions, regional labor and material price fluctuations, permit requirements, subcontractor pricing, design changes, supply chain factors, and other variables outside EstimAI Pro's control.
EstimAI Pro, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from reliance on AI-generated estimates. Users are solely responsible for verifying all figures and obtaining independent professional review before submitting estimates to clients, bidding on projects, or making financial decisions.
The Service is intended for use by licensed contractors, construction professionals, and related tradespeople as an internal productivity tool. Users must have the knowledge to critically evaluate AI-generated output against their own professional expertise and local market conditions.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. EstimAI Pro reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Pro-level access. No credit card is required. After the trial expires, the account downgrades to the Free tier unless upgraded. One trial per person.
You agree not to use the Service to generate fraudulent estimates, misrepresent AI-generated figures as professionally certified cost assessments, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any applicable laws. Accounts found in violation may be terminated without refund.
EstimAI Pro retains all rights to the platform, software, and AI models. You retain ownership of the project data and estimates you create. You grant EstimAI Pro a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimAI Pro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. EstimAI Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
